1. I have just placed an order. When will my order be shipped?
Please note that processing your order takes 24-48 hours before it is shipped. On average, shipping times are 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number 2-3 business days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please email emrocollection@gmail.com.

2. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We understand that you may need to return or exchange your purchased jewelry in certain situations. Please note that we put in a lot of effort and time to ensure that your jewelry is crafted according to your specifications and is free of defects before it is dispatched. However, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any defective or damaged products. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the total amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.
3. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty. However, please make sure to cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, you will have to wait until you receive it and send it back at your own expense. Please note that the shipping cost can not be refunded.
4. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via WhatsApp or email at emrocollection@gmail.com
If the address you provided is incorrect, we can update it to the correct one within 24 hours. However, please note that once the item is shipped to the wrong address, we cannot guarantee a refund. If we need to reship the item to the correct address, additional shipping charges may apply. Hence, we urge you to double-check the delivery address you provide to avoid any inconvenience.
5. How long does shipping take?
Please note that the shipping time for your order may vary depending on your location. If you are located in the USA, UK, or Pakistan, your order can be delivered within 5 to 10 days. However, please remember that certain orders are made to order only and may take longer to be delivered. Contact us to get an estimated delivery time. For international orders, the delivery time is typically 10 to 15 days.
